Go through the mountains on 6 ziplines combined with small hanging bridges, rappel on a wall, free fall rappel, walking trails, a Tarzan line, go down the river on inflatable rafts and finish riding a mule that will make your excursion more comfortable while riding mountain up. Worried about the rain? Don’t Be… This experience takes place rain or shine. The rainy season in Puerto Vallarta is from June to November but it is tropical with rains usually occurring in the evening and at night. Sometimes it is cloudy in the morning with rain but it normally clears by 9 am. It is very rare that a tour will be cancelled due to rain and it is important to arrive at the designated departure time to avoid cancellation fees. If the tour operator cancels the tour due to extreme weather there will be a full refund and you will be previously notified.

Can I bring my gopro? Yes, as long as you bring the helmet or chest mount. Cell phones are not allowed for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full or partial refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- Last minute family emergencies or medical issues are not valid reasons for a refund.
