For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with asthma, heart problems, and back problems can’t perform the activity.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.

Worried about the rain? Don’t Be… This experience takes place rain or shine. The rainy season in Puerto Vallarta is from June to November but it is tropical with rains usually occurring in the evening and at night.  Sometimes it is cloudy in the morning with rain but it normally clears by 9 am.  It is very rare that a tour will be cancelled due to rain and it is important to arrive at the designated departure time to avoid cancellation fees. If the tour operator cancels the tour due to extreme weather there will be a full refund and you will be previously notified.

What is the minimum age to participate: 12 years old
All participants require a good physical condition is required to walk on the mountain.

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full or partial refund.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • Last minute family emergencies or medical issues are not valid reasons for a refund.
